Our terms and conditions are very simple and clear:
1.- Once you ask for a trip with us, you send us $100,oo USD not refundable for us to send you information or developing a tailor made itinerary for your request.
2.- Once you accept the itinerary and program, you send us $ 1,000,oo not refundable accepting this itinerary and program sent to you; with this all bookings are confirmed.
3.- One month prior to trip departure you pay the balance for the total cost of the trip, this is not refundable at less we, “PENTTOURS” have to cancel the trip; then you get 100 % refund.
4.- If for some reason one day we do not fulfill what we have offered, we will upgrade the service or refund 100% of that day.
