My name is Francisco (Pancho) Enríquez, I am a native of Ecuador with more than 25 years of experience guiding birders, photographers, hikers, and nature lovers throughout Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, and other countries in South America. The name of our company “PENTTOURS” comes after my name and services: “Pancho Enríquez Nature Travels & Tours” but “pent” also means five, which is after the five main activities that we provide to the Active Traveler and Nature Lover: Bird Watching, Wildlife Photography, Climbing, Hiking, and Biking. I plan affordable, customized tours that include local lodging and authentic dining; I know where and when to go to find the most spectacular bird species and the rare and endemic birds and animals, and I can identify most of them by ear. I am a photographer, videographer, and audio recorder, so I can help you with the production and post-production of fantastic images. Birding and Wildlife photography are my passions, and conservation is my purpose. I invite you to travel with me for a fantastic adventure of learning and discovering Ecuador & South America while also achieving the goals of preserving nature and cultures for future generations.
